  However, due to the handmade nature of our items and variations in screen displays, minor differences may occur — these are not considered defects.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed on Klaasy.com are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

• We accept payments via secure and trusted payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select regions.

• Klaasy reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment verification failure

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your payment has been deducted and your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on your location.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

• Klaasy is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We want you to love what you buy.
If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

• In case of damage or wrong product received, we will replace it or refund the full amount.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

• Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
