We truly appreciate your trust in our craftsmanship. Every piece is carefully handmade, inspected, and packed to perfection before leaving our workshop.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through a smooth and transparent return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  2. It should be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.

  3. You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

  4. The request for return should be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please note that handcrafted items may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish — these are natural characteristics and not considered defects.


2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and custom value, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products bought under “Flash Sale” or “Final Sale” sections

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts


3. Return Process

If your item meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to admin@klaasy.com or WhatsApp us at +91 62394 04069 with:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photographs or videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

Step 2: Verification

Our Quality Team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Step 3: Pick-up / Self-Return

Once approved:

  • For major cities, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • For other regions, you may need to self-ship the item to our warehouse address:

Please ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return, it undergoes a quality inspection.
After successful verification, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.


4. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect delivery.

  • For self-return shipments, courier cost reimbursement will be approved only if the return is due to a damaged or wrong item sent by us.


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, variant, or model:

  • Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


6. Damaged / Defective Items

We take utmost care in packing every order securely. However, in rare cases where you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item from what you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Attach clear pictures or a short video showing the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.


7. Delay in Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.
    If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at admin@klaasy.com.


8. Packaging & Condition Guidelines

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Pack the item securely in its original box or equivalent packaging.

  • Include the invoice and any accessories received with the product.

  • Products damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
